But club officials in China are insisting on £30m for the winger, far more than what Arsenal were prepared to pay.
On Noemie’s most recent Instagram post, shared with her 80k followers, one fan prematurely commented: “Welcome to London”.
Another fan wrote on a selfie of Noemie and Yannick: “Convince him to join Arsenal.”

Yannick is expected to join a top European side, after scoring 11 goals in 31 appearances for Dalian, who are currently languishing in 11th out of 16 teams in the Chinese Super League.
Even a Dalian supporter was philosophical about Carrasco leaving the club.
They commented: “Even though I am a Dalian fan, Yannick deserves better.
“Hope he will stand on the stage of the Champions League final again and be the winner.
“I will always support him no matter where he is.”
The winger – who was part of a Belgium side that came third in last summer’s World Cup in Russia – has kept his thoughts about his future plans to himself.
In his last tweet, he shared a picture of himself in training, captioning the snap: “We’ll play against Hebei Fortune today… Focussed on the victory!”
