The England striker was heavily linked with a £50million move to Stamford Bridge in the January transfer window
Callum Wilson insists he is ‘happy’ at Bournemouth amid Chelsea transfer interest.
The Cherries ace has netted 12 goals this season, which has put him on the Blues’ radar.
Wilson, 27, was linked with a £50million move to Stamford Bridge in the January transfer window, despite signing a new four-year deal with Bournemouth last summer.
“I signed a long-term contract, I’m happy down there – I’m playing football,” he told the Daily Star.
“I’m happiest when I’m on the pitch. I never want to go and sort of be somewhere that I’m not going to play.
“I never want to see myself not playing at Bournemouth even, being on the bench and things like that.

“Any player has aspirations to play for their country, like I’ve managed to do thankfully, and play in the Champions League – different big occasions and big stages.
“I’ve been linked (with big clubs) from a young age when I’m doing well – so I tend not to buy into it really.
“It can sway you off what you need to do and take away your focus.”
Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe refused to entertain any offers for Wilson in January.
“I’ve been told about the speculation, it’s not something I seek to read,” he said.
“It’s a waste of time for me to do so. It’s business as normal. Callum has been bright and bubbly this week so no problems there.
“In my opinion, and it’s just my opinion, I wouldn’t sell at any price but I’m the manager of the team trying to create the best team that I can.”
