US Special Counsel Robert Mueller has reaffirmed the findings of the Russia investigation in his first comments since the inquiry started in 2017.
He said charging President Donald Trump with a crime was not an option under guidelines of the justice department.
The inquiry concluded there was no collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign, but did not exonerate the president of obstruction of justice.
“The report is my testimony,” he said about his team’s 448-page report.
