Chelsey Harwood, who starred in This is Liverpool and Botched Up Bodies, was ordered to do community work after stealing £25,000 of taxpayers money which she splurged on shoes and expensive hotels.

But after being given the order, she brazenly admitted to not turning up because of public transport, the Liverpool Echo reported.

The transgender model was jailed for three months – but has been freed after 28 days.

She has proudly flaunted her release in a set of Instagram pictures, wearing a specially branded prison T-shirt.

She poses with the top that has the words “HMP Styal” printed across the back.

Harwood, 29, proudly admitted she was facing jail last month, as she didn’t want to get the bus with the “scallies”, the Liverpool Echo reported.

She said: “I don’t want to mix with scallies on the bus.

“Don’t get me wrong I love a scaly, I like spending time with scallies – but that’s when I choose to spend time with scallies.

“Not when it’s forced on me, do you know what I mean.”

But unfortunately for Harwood, Judge Andrew Menary QC did not think this was a valid excuse and brought forward her previous four-month sentence for benefit fraud.

During the hearing, Harwood shouted at the judge “send me to jail” after he refused to accept her lawyer’s defence.
