Another Friday night and another evening of Gogglebox where viewers have been left laughing at their TV screens thanks to the escapades of Hull’s Jenny and Lee.
Jenny once again made viewers laugh out loud as she got the “bent copper” possibilities in Line of Duty mixed up with her shopping list, which included cat litter.
When the programme started, she said to Lee: “Where my pen and paper? I’ve got Hastings is bent, John is bent…What does that say? Cat litter?
“Is that my shopping list?!”
She later said she didn’t recognise one of the characters from the show, which is based on the police department AC-12, and said the person “must be from another floor.”
One fan said: “Jenny taking notes on Line of Duty and then not sure if it was her shopping list. Absolutely love her and lee. Get them their own comedy show.”
In another clip, while watching Saturday night’s episode of Britain’s Got Talent where a contestant set themselves on fire, Jenny compared it to when she set a tea towel on fire.
She said: “That’s how my tea towel went up Lee.”
They later then got soaked in the shower after Lee tried to show Jenny how to clean hers with bicarbonate soda and lemon juice.
In the scene off-screen, they both struggled to get in Jenny’s caravan shower and she knocked the shower off, soaking them.
Another fan said: “Jenny and Lee’s friendship is totally a life goal.”
In another clip, while watching Channel 4’s “Naked Clip” the hosts of the show asked the contestants to have a “five-minute flash” – after which Jenny told Lee: “You’d get arrested for that here.”
After the heartwarming episode she got a bit tearful and said: “This is lovely I could get my kit off.”
