The Spaniard, who has previously worked with Unai Emery at Sevilla, is set to be reunited with his former boss at the Emirates
Arsenal are on the verge of bringing Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez to the Emirates, according to reports.
The 24-year-old has struggled for game time at the Nou Camp this season, making only six appearances, and a switch to north London has been rumoured for some time.
And according to the Daily Express, the move is close to completion, with Suarez understood to be valued at around £20million.
Suarez has worked with Unai Emery before when both men were at Sevilla during the 2014/15 season and the Gunners boss clearly admirers the midfielder.
The Spaniard, who spent two years in the Manchester City academy between 2011 and 2013, has played 46 La Liga games for Barca during his two-and-a-half year spell with the Catalans and earned his sole international cap in 2016.
However, he has never been able to secure a regular starting place, and he appears to have fallen out of favour entirely under head coach Ernesto Valverde.
