As Chelsea face Arsenal in the FA Cup final on Saturday and there’s no doubt Sophie, 25, will be there to cheer on the Blues.
The brunette beauty is a presenter on CFC Fan TV where she shares her experiences of going to the matches home and away.
She’s certainly been enjoying the season – Chelsea won the league at a canter.
“I have been a Chelsea fan since birth”
Sexy Sophie also works as a model and has enjoyed topless shoots for lads mags including Zoo.
While Sophie wows her guests with her football knowledge, the season ticket holder even enjoys flirting in some of the football-themed videos.
One shows her asking Tottenham fans if they want to kiss her before revealing a Chelsea shirt.
Another Valentine’s Day video had many fans hot under the collar.
She attempts to put off the viewer with her cleavage while the quizzer is tested on how many Mourinhos in the hearts.
Her favourite player is John Terry while she also loved Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole when they played for the champions.
Sophie said: “I’ve grown up watching JT, Frank, Ashley Cole, they are the three I grew up admiring and watching.
“I went to my first game when I was probably 16 because I didn’t live in London at the time and I have been going ever since.
“I have been a Chelsea fan since birth but those are the players I watched first hand.”
John Terry is set to leave Chelsea after the FA Cup final.
She added: “I think he has more than enough in him to play for another team and play first team football.
“If he wants to go into coaching role that’s brilliant and I hope one day that is Chelsea because he is so influential to us.”
But Sophie does have competition for Chelsea’s sexiest fan.
Chelsea super fan Emily Rogawski
Emily Rogawski was dubbed a Chelsea superfan in November last year.
The gorgeous US blonde caused a storm last year when she was spotted by television cameras at Everton v Manchester United wearing a Chelsea jacket.
Rogawski reduced the confusion by writing on Instagram: “I LOVE Chelsea and I LOVE football! So wouldn’t want to miss a game like this! Especially when tickets were only £15.”
