Naked cyclists strip off in Manchester for nude bike ride
“There’s too many people getting knocked off their bikes”
Manchester, London and Bristol are some of the cities to be stunned by the nude ride.
It’s all part of World Naked Cycle Ride which sees cities and towns organise their event this summer.
One of the Portsmouth revellers, 72-year-old Ian Henden, has been taking part for the last nine years.
He told Portsmouth News that he takes part to promote cycle safety, environmentalism and nudity.
He said: “There’s too many people getting knocked off their bikes.
“And there’s only so much oil available in the world.”

“We’re not saying don’t use oil but we’re saying use it sensibly.”
The organised ride even had three uniformed police cyclists with them.
