The menu for a vegan restaurant opening in Humber Street has been revealed.
The Purple Robot will be opening its doors for the first time at the end of this week, bringing a full vegan and cruelty-free menu to the area.
When the restaurant was first announced, owner Dave Rotheray promised customers “world food, world beer and world music”.
The menu represents flavours from around the globe, including vegan breakfasts and tofu scramble on weekends, as well as crispy grilled tofu, American-style mushroom burgers and sautéed gnocchi for lunch.
