Tall Stories’ fun-filled adaptation is coming to Hull Truck Theatre

Jump on board the broom with the witch and her cat in Tall Stories’ fun-filled adaptation of Room on the Broom, the best-selling picture book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler. This Olivier Award nominated show is aimed at everyone aged 3 and up.

Create a portrait which will be added to a live feed in the studio of all the portraits being made, in the latest of these Mini-Masterpieces workshops. This session is suitable for under 5s and their families.

4) Fruit Factory

Aimed at children aged 6 to 10-years-old, this new drawing workshop will be on sci-fi and, at later dates, on portraits. Running from next Saturday – and then selected Saturdays until June 22 – those taking part can either take their take their work home or have it displayed in the Fruit Factory Gallery.

A spring afternoon of racing perfect for the whole family, highlights will include a chocolate egg decorating workshop with Butterfly Chocolates of Pocklington, as well as a magical Easter Egg Tree adorned with 500 real chocolate eggs. There’ll also be mini funfair rides, trampolines and face painting.

6) Alice’s Eggstravaganza In Wonderland

A family feud has shaken Wonderland to its core, with two siblings, Easter Bunny and White Rabbit, letting their jealousy get the better of them. She Productions’ music filled show will see Alice looking for the audience’s help to find some missing Easter eggs, after the rabbits’ falling out.
